pramface Season 2 Episode 4 Just Two People with a Kid

Bucking the usual BBC3 trend for hand-to-mouth budgets and scruffy single sets, this has a massive cast, gorgeous houses you'll want to nick decorating tips off and its low-level smut is cushioned by some genuinely LOL-worthy moments.

Setting its stall midway between the cringe comedy of The Inbetweeners and too-cool-for- school Skins, it stars two ex-EastEnders: Scarlett Alice Johnson, who you definitely won't recognise as Vicki Fowler, and Emer Kenny (minus Zsa Zsa's blue hair extensions and stroppiness) who you probably will, as well as newcomer Yasmin Paige.

On the boys' team are Dylan Edwards and Sean Michael Verey.

Pleasantly surprised by the 2nd series of Pramface, rounded characters, all given their moments of glory, Yasmin, hilarious as woman finding out what arrogant handsome toffs are like, Scarlett as the young Mum, emphasis on her confused innocence as a new Mum looking for friends, and finding 'slags'in the park, and bores elsewhere. Who hasn't done that? Wonderful stuff, not overdone slapstick humour, just right, pacey direction. An intelligent sit-com at last, refreshingly new cast, with fast funny humour. Angus Deayton, terrific cameo as an ace snooker player. Good unpredictable ending with the demise of the Jag! This character has been developed and please may it continue in that way. Super script for Angus. Hope this little quiet sit-com continues. there is so little that is written well these days. Mrs Browns Boys may appeal to some, but I would prefer to see this type of up to the moment sit-com, haven't felt so satisfied and humoured since Friends or Cheers. Well done lovely cast, lovely characters. keep writing good lines for them! Thank you Pramface team.
